The Program aims to engage children and young people in multi-sports and develop discussions around healthier lifestyle, sports literacy, and personal skills development. Participants take part in sports, psychosocial and motor skills activities, which support personal development of participants.
All activities are planned weekly by educators carefully respecting the needs of each group, supervised in a pedagogical and technical manner, taking into consideration human development and initiation to sport and the theoretical development with practical application. The programme encourages participants important discussions around themes such as drugs, violence, sexuality, family, gender, race / ethnicity, personal care, rights, youth leadership, quality lifestyle among others.
