REMS aims to engage organizations in the sport for development sector by 1) strengthening institutional capacities and increase the sustainability of civil society organizations; 2) contribute to the creation and improvement of public policies focused on sport for the
development; 3) promote research and systematise knowledge that demonstrate the effectiveness of sports projects or programs for the social change and; 4) attract more financing to the sector, increasing the number of sports programs or projects for development of human beings.
REMS seek to bring visibility to the work of organizations, demonstrating the social impact and transformative power of sport, which inspires people, institutions, and governments to promote health, human development, ethics, and citizenship.
